Common AC & Heating Issues in Crestview Homes

The freeze nobody planned for. Crestview sees multiple hard freezes every winter. Homes whose systems were sized and installed by cooling-only contractors often find out on a 22-degree January morning that the heat strips either trip a breaker, can’t keep up, or were never properly commissioned. The humidity paradox. Summer humidity in Crestview is almost indistinguishable from Tampa Bay — 90%+ for months at a time. Winter humidity inside tight homes can swing below 30%, which dries out skin, sinuses, and hardwood floors.
